Privacy at DG Workflow.

This notice explains the current pre-launch website posture: email contact only, no payment checkout, no public contact form, no analytics package, and public demos that use synthetic data.

Last updated: 22 May 2026

Who this covers

This page covers people who visit dgworkflow.com or contact DG Workflow by email during pre-launch. DG Workflow is not currently taking paid orders through this website.

Controller and contact

DG Workflow is the controller for personal information sent directly to this website or to DG Workflow email addresses during pre-launch. Privacy questions, correction requests, deletion requests, and access requests can be sent to privacy@dgworkflow.com.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, your message may include your name, email address, business details, and anything else you decide to include. That information is used to reply, understand the enquiry, and keep a proportionate record of pre-launch conversations.

Lawful basis

The current lawful basis for handling enquiry messages and proportionate pre-launch records is legitimate interests: replying to people who contact DG Workflow, understanding possible future service fit, protecting the website, and keeping basic business records. Where a future activity needs consent, contract processing, or a different lawful basis, it will be explained before that activity starts.

Website visit data and cookies

This site is built as a static website and does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. Hosting and security providers may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security events. Cloudflare may also use security checks or challenge cookies if protective controls are triggered.

Synthetic demos

Public demos on this website use synthetic example businesses, messages, summaries, and stats. Do not send real client, confidential, sensitive, or employment-related data for use in a public demo.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry information. Email and hosting providers may process information needed to deliver email, host the website, and protect the service. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as useful for pre-launch discussion, business records, or follow-up, then deleted when no longer needed. Routine pre-launch enquiry records are reviewed at least every 12 months and should normally be deleted within 24 months unless there is a clear business, legal, tax, dispute, or security reason to keep them for longer.

Processors and transfers

The current pre-launch website uses Cloudflare for DNS, hosting, security controls, and email routing, GitHub for source control and deployment integration, and email providers for message delivery and storage. These providers may process limited technical or contact data outside the UK where their services require it, using their published contractual and transfer safeguards. No analytics, advertising network, public AI API, payment provider, CRM, or database is intentionally connected to the public website at this stage.

Your choices

You can ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate by emailing privacy@dgworkflow.com. You can also object to processing, ask for a copy of information you have sent, or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how a privacy request is handled.
